Operational reads require a selected company and authorized membership. Company roles and project responsibilities determine what a person can access.
Private document records
Document access stays within the company’s authorization boundary. A quarantined, pending or rejected upload is not accepted evidence. An inspection failure does not turn into an accepted file.
A record of what happened
Submission attempts, reviews, inspection outcomes and activity events retain their history. Corrections add a record instead of silently replacing the earlier event.
Current service limits
Companies can sign up and activate a 14-day trial after email verification, recovery setup and acceptance of the trial terms. PermitLane takes an encrypted backup of company records and accepted files every night and keeps the seven most recent copies outside the application host; the key that decrypts them is held by SPAKLABS AI INC. A backup is a recovery aid, not a guarantee: keep your original files and export your records regularly, because recovery of lost customer data is not guaranteed.
