What PermitLane does
PermitLane organizes permit requirements, responsibilities, dates, document records and recorded outcomes. It presents the next action from the project’s recorded state.
Software determinations
A model determines permit applicability automatically from the exact official-source revision recorded for the project. An authorized person can override the determination, and that override is recorded. If there is no usable answer, applicability remains unconfirmed. It never means no permit is needed. A software determination is not a municipal decision or professional advice, and does not guarantee approval.
Your company’s responsibilities
Your company is responsible for authorized access, accurate records, technical work, professional advice where needed, municipal accounts, applications, fees and communication with the authority.
Municipal work stays external
PermitLane does not submit applications, expedite municipal review or guarantee completeness, acceptance, timing, approval or inspection results. Record an external event only when it has actually occurred.
Responsible use
Use only company access and information you are authorized to use. Do not share account credentials, bypass access controls or use a homeowner link as access to the full project.
Subscriptions and final terms
Contracting is not open. Prices, billing periods, plan limits, cancellation terms and the legal contracting entity will be presented before a subscription can be purchased. No paid agreement is created by viewing this preview.
